What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Resource Representative position at Providence?
Description
Provides developmental information and community-based referrals for families with young children at risk for developmental delay. Job responsibilities include responding to requests for information, providing information regarding community services, referring to community agencies and administration of community resource and client data tracking. This position will work closely with staff in early learning and pediatric medical environments. Will be responsible for referrals and follow up with clients. Works collaboratively with other Swindells Center staff to manage the library, speaker events, and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent educ/experience
- 1 year Experience in one or more of the following areas: health, human services or community education, with an emphasis on serving young children and their families.
