General summary for all Food and Nutrition Service Roles:
All Food Service staff must provide a high level of customer service for patients, family members, volunteers, physicians and staff. The Service Excellence Standards of Behavior guidelines must be adhered to at all times.

Required qualifications:
- Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in retail dining or patient dining with emphasis on customer service and food handling.
- 1 year of Computer experience, patient interaction, and food service experience.
- Experience in health care facility or large food service operation.
- 1 year of experience in or Dietary kitchen using 'therapeutic diets'.
- 1 year of Cashiering experience.
- 1 year of Barista experience.
