Responsible for physician patient schedules", monitoring of physician call schedule changes, cash management, and ACD (Automated Call Delivery) oversight. Supports the training programs developed by the Site Operations Director/Reception Supervisor. Supports the Site Operations Director/Reception Supervisor in all strategic goals developed to collaborate with the Business Office, Clinical Department and St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years Experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant, Billing, or Front Office Management certification from an accredited vocational school.
• Upon hire: Medical Assistant Certification
• 2 years Experience as a Receptionist Lead in an ambulatory or acute care setting.
• MS Word," Excel and IDX experience.
