Speech Language Pathologist at Sea Crest Home Health and Hospice-Costa Mesa

Schedule : Part Time, 24hrs/week

Areas Covered: Irvine, Anaheim, Brea, Costa Mesa, Fullerton, Huntington, Orange, Santa Ana, Tustin, Westminster, Yorba Linda

Job Description

The practice of speech-language pathology shall include assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, communication and demonstration of techniques addressing speech-language, cognitive and swallowing disorders to meet the needs of patients and their families. Requires minimum supervision. '

Required Qualifications

  • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Communication disorders, or related field.
  • California Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
  • within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year Clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist.
  • Home Health experience as a Speech Pathologist.

About The Team

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.

HCC provides a full range of services and support for people of all ages, especially those facing chronic or life-limiting illnesses.
