Facilities Manager (Redwood City, CA)
Job Summary
To administer and manage all Credit Union properties and leaseholds. To plan, organize, budget, and direct the operations of all aspects of facilities to include the areas of property management and physical security of HQ and Oakland Airport buildings. Provide quality customer service to our internal and external customers and tenants.

Essential Functions
- Maintenance of all facilities, including building repairs and maintenance, ensuring cost effectiveness and a high standard of upkeep.
- Supervise and maintain scheduling of all facilities projects and coordinate various project components through all other affected areas or vendors.
- Manage and coordinate all communications on Credit Union owned and leased properties.
- Work with architect, planners, real estate agents, and contractor vendors as Credit Union representative on design layout, technical drawings and permits of new construction and refurbishment of facilities.
- Manage tenant rent receivables and billing.
- Responsible for servicing/administration of all company property leases.
- Train, develop, supervise and evaluate the departmental functions of property management, repair and maintenance, and security.
- Ensure safety, security and fire prevention and proper operating status of the Headquarters and Oakland Airport Buildings.
- Research, analyze, and respond to all administrative communications and interactions as they apply to facilities.
- Monitor and produce monthly rent payment schedule for all lease held locations.
- Responsible for monitoring and preparation of annual Facilities Operating Budget.
- Submit reports on all facilities financial budgeting considerations.
- Manage photocopier and fax lease and service contracts.
- Manage staff turnover.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent listening and speaking skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Complete required BSA & OFAC training annually.
- Understand and adhere to BSA and OFAC policy and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Building Maintenance/Property Management/Architectural or related field
- 5 years of experience in managerial capacity
- Knowledge of Property Management including lease negotiations.
- Knowledge of Project Management including design development and construction supervision.

Compensation:
Pay Grade is M1. This position is eligible for our twice a year discretionary bonus.
Targeted Base Pay: $93,000 - 139,000
