What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cardiologist position at Provider Solutions & Development?
The Providence Heart Institute in Oregon has a practice opportunity for a full-time non-invasive Cardiologist on the Northern Oregon coast. Primary clinical responsibilities include a busy outpatient clinic and consultative services for hospitalized patients. Providence Seaside Hospital has 25 beds with active medical staff of more than 160 providers. A full complement of non-invasive cardiac diagnostic testing is available on-site. The Cardiology practice on the Northern Oregon coast includes an established General Cardiologist, an experienced physician assistant and office staff. The Cardiologists will work closely and collaboratively with a large group of Cardiologists, Cardiac and Vascular Surgeons based in Portland as well as a multi-specialty group of providers and hospitalists in Seaside. This is a truly unique opportunity to practice in a community with unparalleled access to outdoor recreation and natural beauty, while being connected to a world class Heart Institute.

- Position will service a large catchment area from as far north as Olympia, WA down to Lincoln City, OR

The Providence Heart Institute is an integrated cardiovascular service line with more than 80 specialists serving hospital and clinic locations throughout Oregon and southwest Washington. In addition, the program is a hub for vast data registries in cardiovascular care, including the Center for Cardiovascular Analytics, Research and Data Science (CARDS). This state-of-the-art institute is a leader in new therapies, and consistently receives national recognition, including the American Heart Associations Get With The Guidelines designation for coronary artery disease care.
