Providence Medical Group's Central Point clinic is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its well-established Primary Care facility in Southern Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly productive and robust clinic with a patient-centered medical home model that includes integrated behavioral health, clinical pharmacy, case management and anticoagulation clinic. We also offer a multitude of on-site health services including urgent care, physical therapy, x-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, and lab.   • Full-time position, 1.0 FTE
  • Enjoy a predictable schedule with generous PTO
  • Option to work either 4 or 5 days per week; Monday thru Friday.
  • No Call
  • Unpaneled position; Outpatient care only
