Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and intellectual disabilities. This position requires a caring attitude, must be reliable, on time, the ability to work closely with individuals in need, a willingness to provide direct support and ability to work with aggressive behaviors.
Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and intellectual disabilites.
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Engage individuals in social activities and community outings
- Support individuals in achieving their personal goals and independence
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary to assist individuals with mobility
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the individuals under your care

Qualifications:
-Medication Aides or 32 Hour Medication (Certificate preferred but willing to train)
-CPR/First Aid Certificate
-Valid Drivers License
-Dependable Transportation
-Background Check Required
-Flexible and Dependable
