Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Operations Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of our real estate transactions—from new listings to post-closing follow-up. This role ensures a seamless experience for clients while keeping all internal systems, paperwork, and communications on track.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee real estate transactions from listing to closing, ensuring deadlines are met and all required documents are accurate and complete.
- Manage listings in the MLS, verify online presence across major platforms, and coordinate marketing activities like social media posts and neighborhood mailers.
- Maintain and update all internal systems, CRMs, and transaction management tools to ensure accurate records for reporting, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, closings, and walkthroughs, ensuring all parties are prepared and timelines are met.
- Support post-closing client engagement, including review requests, utility reminders, and database updates to foster ongoing relationships.
