Job Description
We are seeking a professional and motivated Office Assistant to assist a large accounting firm on a temporary basis. Duties will include covering the reception desk and assisting the tax department with scanning, copying and processing binders along with other administrative duties. The successful candidate will have at least one year experience working in an office facility in a similar role.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, strong verbal and written skills, ability to communicate to a verse group of people. This is an estimated 2 month assignment.
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
