We are seeking a professional and skilled Special Assets Representative to join a leading Credit Union on a long term temporary basis. Assignment anticipated to last approximately 6 months.
The Special Assets Representative is responsible for effectively working delinquent loan accounts, overdrawn accounts, repossessions, asset recover and bankruptcies to ensure the best possible outcome for both parties.
Wage - $22.94/hour

Duties Include
- Manage collection ques by taking initial foreclosure action, completing bankruptcy filings, issuing repossession, monitoring asset liquidation and charge off recommendations.
- Manage asset recovery by completing necessary legal work, referring accounts to outside collections.
- Providing exceptional member service by maintaining a positive, professional relationships with members while discussing sensitive, personal financial circumstances.
- Minimum one year financial industry experience including frontline or lending.
- Prior collections experience preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communications skills
