RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop innovative packaging concepts through research, understanding consumer trends, and analyzing the online and retail landscapes.Collaborate with experienced packaging designers, engineers, and copywriters to learn and optimize the toy packaging design process.Conceptualize ideas verbally and through rough sketches; create mood boards, sketch logos, and layout graphics.Perform competitive analysis and assist other designers in project development and design communication.Effectively communicate product strategies and features through innovative package design and copy.REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in fine arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.Strong creative thinking, good communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated growth mindset : staying curious, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.5 years experience in consumer product packaging design that includes accessories and / or tech accessories expAble to work in office Monday - Friday
