What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at Prudential Overall Supply?
Prudential Overall Supply is looking for a talented individual that is well ready to take the lead as a Production Supervisor. This individual must be feel comfortable working in a faced paced environment and have great communication skills when dealing with employees and staff.
The Production Supervisor position assists the Production Manager in supervising up to 50 production workers.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for supervising all plant production and supply employees.
- This employee stages work daily by department.
- This employee is responsible for establishing strong communication within departments so that daily goals get accomplished.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be ambitious
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Have good communication skills
- Have a friendly and helpful attitude
- Must be able to work independently, doing physical job functions in the plant on occasion
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred but not required
- College degree is a plus
