Route Manager

Prudential Overall Supply is currently seeking a career minded, growth oriented, and customer driven individual to join our team as a Route Manager. Our Route Managers play a crucial role in the overall growth of our business.

Responsibilities

• As Route Manager, your customer service skills will be necessary in helping to grow your service district. Your previous supervisory experience and track record of continued revenue growth will be key in meeting the demands of this exciting opportunity. Duties will also include conducting customer service audits, problem solving, and training of Route Driver/Customer Service Representatives. This employee must be able to run a route in the event that a driver is out sick or on vacation. It is the intent for this position to have upward mobility.

Requirements

• We require 2 years in a supervisory role
• Previous responsibility in conducting training, goal setting, managing employees, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must meet minimum acceptable driving criteria (clean driving record)
• AA degree and/or previous job experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to drive a route in the event a driver is unable to.
• Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply
• Approx 50% travel required
