Job Summary:
As an Occupational Therapist with PruittHealth @ Home, you will have the opportunity to provide evaluative, consultative, and treatment interventions to patients in their place of residence. Our new Pay Per Point Model ensures top pay in the industry, with higher compensation for visits that require greater effort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, monitor, document, and report patient progress using required documents via clinician-preferred technology, within established timelines.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and attending physician to develop, integrate, and manage the patient care plan of care, making referrals to other disciplines as needed.
- Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care with initiative and sound judgment.
- Utilize accepted company teaching materials in patient/family education.
- Complete documentation timely, accurately, and at the point of care, according to industry standards.
- Report any alleged or suspected violations to supervisor and/or others until the issue is resolved.
- Comply with corporate compliance program.
Requirements:
- Valid and unrestricted professional license in state of practice.
- Graduate of ACOTE-accredited school.
- Preferred skills and experience: prior Home Health experience.
