Role Description
We are seeking a Construction Project Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee custom residential building projects. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Glendale, AZ. The Construction Project Supervisor will manage daily on-site operations, coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients, ensure quality standards are met, and monitor project scheduling and budgets. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, resolving on-site issues, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. This position requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to maintain excellent communication across all project phases.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Construction Management, Project Supervision, or as a Project Manager (minimum 5 years).
- Strong ability in Scheduling, Time Management, and Budgeting.
- Proficiency with Construction Documentation, Quality Control, and Building Codes/Permits.
- Experience with Team Leadership, Communication, and Stakeholder Collaboration.
- Problem-Solving Skills and the ability to address on-site challenges effectively.
- Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and techniques is a plus.
- Proficiency in construction management software or tools is preferred.
- OSHA certification or other applicable safety training is beneficial.
