What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Specialist position at Prysmian Group?
- The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the accounts payable for multiple sites within the company
- This position will accurately review and process invoices for a large number of vendors while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
- Working with members from other departments on requests and issues related to payables
- Manage inbound mail and other office management duties as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
