Compensation:
- W2: $62/hour
- 1099 Contractor: $68/hour
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Full and Individual Evaluations (FIEs) in accordance with TEA and IDEA guidelines
- Analyze and interpret assessment data to determine student eligibility for special education services
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Complete timely documentation and comply with all district, state, and federal requirements
- Participate in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings as needed
- Requirements:
- Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification
- Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
- Strong knowledge of IDEA, TEA guidelines, and standardized assessment tools
- Comfortable working 30–40 hours per week in a school-based setting
- Reliable, self-directed, and passionate about supporting student success
