Compensation:

• W2: $62/hour

We are actively seeking a Texas-certified Educational Diagnostician to join our team and provide comprehensive evaluation services for students in public school settings. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with special education teams to assess learning needs, interpret data, and contribute to meaningful educational planning.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Full and Individual Evaluations (FIEs) in accordance with TEA and IDEA guidelines
• Analyze and interpret assessment data to determine student eligibility for special education services
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Complete timely documentation and comply with all district, state, and federal requirements
• Participate in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings as needed
• Requirements:
• Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification
• Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Strong knowledge of IDEA, TEA guidelines, and standardized assessment tools
• Comfortable working 30–40 hours per week in a school-based setting
• Reliable, self-directed, and passionate about supporting student success
