What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Manager position at PSP DBA Steak ‘n Shake?
The Service Manager should work well in a fast paced environment, managing servers as well as guests. The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that every guest has an above average experience at our restaurant, and does so by managing and maintaining food quality standards, exceptional hospitality, and speed of service. The Service Manager is also expected to maintain a smooth running dining room as well as giving quality service to tables of their own. Other responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, cash handling, as well as anything assigned by the General Manager.
