What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Therapist position at Psych Choices of the Delaware Valley?
Are you skilled at working with young people and looking for private practice experience? PCDV is looking for an energetic and dedicated Master's Level Therapist to work with our population of children, adolescents, and young adults. This is a Part-Time in office position for 10 hours per week in Broomall--remote work can be accommodated as needed. The perfect candidate would be someone looking for private practice experience, supervision towards licensure, and/or overall collaboration with licensed professionals.
- Provide 45-60 minute therapy sessions for clients in the office and virtually
- Utilize interventions suitable for children, adolescents or young adults
- Regularly maintain up-to-date documentation and practice policies
- Engage with other licensed professionals in-house for clinical feedback or supervision
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, and/or other human services-related field
- At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
- Knowledge of play therapy techniques and theoretical approaches
- Fluent with basic technology and electronic communication
