psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, licensed psychologists, and
clinical social workers across Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and

We collaborate with our facility partners to deliver evidence-based
mental health care services, including psychiatric assessments,
medication management, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, hospital
placements and treatment, educational training, and quality regulatory documentation.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Nurse
Practitioner to join our team and provide psychiatric care services at
our partner facilities. This role offers an opportunity for

Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management
to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term
care facilities.
- Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff,
including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and
director of social services.
- Adhere to established regulations, policies, and procedures while
exercising initiative and independent judgment.

Requirements

working with seniors and providing exceptional care

License as Nurse Practitioner (required) or psychiatric nurse
practitioner (preferred)

work during normal, weekday business hours (no night or weekend on-call!)
