Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role located in Minneapolis, MN for a Medical Scribe. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for accurately documenting patient encounters, including histories, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans. Tasks include maintaining thorough patient records, supporting healthcare providers during consultations, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or interest in mental health is a plus
- Ability to work comfortably on-site in Minneapolis, MN
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
