This position will be a cross-trained role, supporting both Physical Therapy Aide responsibilities and Patient Services Coordinator (PSC) duties.
This is an inpatient setting, specifically within an acute care or rehab environment, where patients are receiving physical therapy during a hospital stay or recovery period. Many of the patients you’ll interact with are recovering from surgeries, injuries, or medical events and are not yet ready to return home.
As a cross-trained Patient Services Coordinator and PT Aide, you’ll support both the front desk (scheduling, intake, insurance checks) and the clinical team (equipment setup, patient flow, and general support during treatment sessions). The pace can be fast, and the environment is collaborative and patient-focused, often involving patients who need extra assistance or attention as they recover.

Qualifications
- PT Solutions requires at minimum, a High School or GED diploma. Submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (experience with healthcare preferred)

Wage
- $16.00-$18.00 per hour
- 2K sign on bonus
