As a Senior Living Physical Therapist, you are part of a team who works together to maximize outcomes for patients through creative, hospitable, evidence-based care.
Staff physical therapists impact lives by directly caring for patients in the Senior Living Community.

- Establish strong relationships with each patient so that they have ability to exceed their functional goals
- Demonstrate a desire to positively connect with people
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community
- Perform “in home” treatment, as required, and participate in wellness programming within the Senior Living community.

EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- State licensure
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
