Prototype technician toolmakers use leading-edge tools and associate-built processes to deliver extraordinary, one-of-a-kind custom prototype parts, tools and fixtures. It is complex work, but we work smart. In addition they monitoring the parts during the manufacturing process to ensure part conforms to print specifications. Our tool makers complete machine set up, part development, process development, machine tooling details, and assist in design. It’s more than the standard tool and die. We strive to find prototype technician toolmakers who can bring their creativity to the table, collaborate with one another, communicate fully with design and are committed to precision and excellence.
Our measure of success is in the creation of close tolerance small to medium sized parts such as small intricate fasters, clips, clamps, brackets, seat belt retractors, wire forms, flat springs, multi part welded assemblies, low volume production stampings and fabricated assemblies, etc. –in a fast paced environment.
