Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements within Commercial Loan Closing. You will review and analyze basic or tactical Commercial Loan Closing assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. You will present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing an understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Additionally, you will provide information to client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in day-to-day operations within Commercial Lending as systems are converted from AFS to LoanIQ.
- Book and fund commercial loans in LoanIQ.
- Respond to requests from other lines of business to post funds in internal systems and handle money movement activities.
- Assist in reducing the learning curve of LoanIQ adoption among staff as production continues.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Commercial Loan Closing experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficiency in LoanIQ.
- Experience in commercial loans, including booking, funding, and operations.
- Strong understanding of commercial loan credit agreements.
- Knowledge of AFS is a plus but not required.
Pay Range: $30 - $33
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
