Job Title : Full Time Circulation Specialist

The South Burlington Public Library is seeking a full time Circulation Specialist who will support the Circulation Librarian to ensure a friendly, effective and efficient library experience and to provide optimal accessibility to the library’s collection and services.

This position is responsible for several administrative systems including :

Overdues
Supplies
Budgets

The Circulation Specialist will :

Carry out routine Circulation Desk duties

Assist the Librarian with defining and implementing new and existing circulation and reader’s advisory procedures

Oversee community volunteers

Work well with all departments, cross training at other desks as needed

Salary : $47,590.40 and excellent benefits.
