Job Description


The Analytics team uses data-driven insights to fuel strategic growth for clients. We believe that data should never exist in a vacuum; instead, it should be put to work to bring the best ideas and stories to our clients.

To help with this, we’re looking for an outstanding Associate Director to lead brand analytics for the iconic RAM brand. The RAM Brand Analytics AD will lead strategic client growth, provide innovative data-driven solutions to marketing challenges, motivate internal teams to bring marketing ideas to life and manage/develop talented analysts to achieve career success. What you’ll do:

Our Associate Directors work very closely with their team of analysts to help them stay on track with day-to-day deliverables. They also contribute crucial intellectual capital to their teams by designing campaign measurement plans based on their client’s business needs, and use data to design narratives and tell great stories. Associate Directors work closely with their Director and VP to formulate a vision for their accounts, and then execute on that vision, both as an individual contributor and as a coach. As such, Associate Directors are mentors, managers, project managers, relationship managers and thought leaders, rolled into one.


Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Acting as a key partner for the client and internal teams by implementing conceptual data frameworks and developing effective marketing measurement strategies
  • Fostering creative thinking around how we use data, and how we can solve unique business challenges in support of all Marketing activities (Media, Creative, CRM, and eCommerce) through the efficient use of data.
  • Managing execution of projects, leveraging established best practices as well as an innate capability to push beyond the status quo.
  • Contributing to a collaborative team environment across partners and teams, including participation in department-wide training efforts and fostering employee career growth

Qualifications


We’re looking for diverse, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas to both external and internal clients, with the ability to read a room and comfort engaging in constructive dialogue with senior level clients.
  • Ability to develop frameworks for steering complex analytics projects.
  • Strong analytical thinker with an abundance of intellectual curiosity.
  • Experience with Campaign Manager and website analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills (ability to work with macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables, power pivot) and experience working with very large data sets.
