Part time and Full time positions available for Janitorial employee that performs detailed cleanings of commercial and residential buildings. Responsibilities and Duties: (varies by job position)
- Perform heavy cleaning/disinfection duties per the customers request.
- Sweep, scrub, wax and polish floors, using brooms, mops, or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
- Empty wastebaskets, transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Wash windows, walls, ceilings and woodwork, baseboards.
- Wipe and disinfect kitchen/breakrooms including counters (in/out) sinks refrigerators, ovens, microwaves and windows.
- Cleaning the glass of the entry door from inside and outside.
- Dusting of all shelves, photos, ceiling fans, light fixtures and paintings.
- Vacuuming of all carpets and area rugs.
