Puente Hills Ford is looking for a Dynamic General Manager to Join our Growing Team! We are Hiring Now and have position readily available for an Experienced General Manager to come grow with us at our Ford store located in the LA Area. We are looking for a High Powered, High Volume and Ford Experienced General Manager.
Our Purpose and Values define why we are in business, how we go about our daily business, and what it is that we do. The GM seat is responsible for overseeing all operations of the dealership, including new and used vehicle sales, service, parts, and F&I departments.
We’re seeking high-performing candidates that will develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals, serve the day-to-day dealership operational needs, and increase customer satisfaction.
