Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Vandergrift, PA, for a Floral Designer. The Floral Designer will be responsible for creating and arranging various floral designs, providing exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of our offerings. Daily tasks include designing bouquets and floral arrangements, assisting customers with their selections, maintaining inventory, and contributing to sales efforts through product knowledge and creativity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Floral Design and creating Flower Arrangements
- Demonstrated Customer Service and Sales skills
- Strong Creativity and artistic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Experience in a retail setting is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
