We have an immediate opening for a Customer Support Specialist. Superior customer service skills are a MUST!! Number 1 priority at Pugmire is taking care of the customer.
Duties
- Check customers in for service appointments
- Help the service advisors update the customer on their vehicle status
- Cashiering
- Answering service dept phone calls
- Greeting customers in the dealership
- Other clerical duties
The ideal candidate will have a great personality and enjoy interacting with customers. Our service department is extremely busy, so multi-tasking is expected.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
