Job description:
Puklich Chevrolet is currently seeking a Business Development Representative for our Service Department. Creating an excellent customer service experience. Looking for a qualified candidate who is enthusiastic, honest, hardworking, and committed to great customer service.
Daily tasks performed but not limited to:
-Produce service appointments from incoming and outgoing telephone activities.
-Verify customer and vehicle records.
-Meet and exceed established call volume goals set each day.
-Learn and use scripting consistently.
-Make notes in-company programs.
-Multi-task being able to work in multiple company programs.
-Update BDC Tracker logging appointments.

- EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school or equivalent
Customer Service: 2 yrs experience
- LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
- REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
