Job Description
JOB DUTIES:
- Answer incoming telephone calls; retrieve and return voicemail messages.
- Operate cash register.
- Book and confirm party reservations.
- Actively sell party extras during the reservation and party confirmation process.
- Oversee parties, ensuring safety rules are enforced by staff and followed by guests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for keeping the facility clean and tidy.
- Report any equipment and/or staff problems to the Owner.
- Direct staff as needed to manage the flow of the parties, handle party extras, clean-up the facility, etc.
- Must train in all positions and fill-in where necessary to accommodate for absences and tardiness.
- Assist Owner with inventory management.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must demonstrate trustworthiness and responsibility.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have superior telephonic, customer service and sales skills.
- Must be able to multi-task effectively
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous staff and cash management experience required.
- Previous Managerial experience preferred
- Experience working with kids - preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
