- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions and reconcile any discrepancies for all venues to include: Retail, Banquets, Restaurant, Snack Bar, Lounge and Golf
- Prepare daily reports, including revenue and occupancy reports
- Post all Banquet event charges/checks
- Respond to guest inquiries overnight and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Check guests in and out, process payments, and make reservations as needed
- Monitor guest requests and ensure they are completed accurately and timely
- Monitor hotel security and report any suspicious activity or incidents
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Provide excellent customer service to guests throughout their stay
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws
- Other duties as assigned
- 18 or older required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays - Friday - Saturday / 11pm - 7am
- Strong Accounting skills / mindset preferably in a hotel environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic computer skills
- Previous Hotel / Restaurant POS system experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
