Purchasing Power is looking to hire a Campaign Marketing Coordinator to join our exciting and fast-paced, Lifecycle Marketing team.

The Campaign Marketing Coordinator will work closely with various departments to create and execute comprehensive action plans that deliver on business objectives. The responsibility of this position will be to assist in developing, driving, and bringing to life the marketing campaigns for the Lifecycle & Campaign marketing team. The position will be focused mainly on the campaign execution and driving increased efficiencies within the planning and operations processes.
Responsibilities include:
Campaign production - 55% of time spent on this
- Overseeing the submission of categories for set up to support promotions & campaigns, coordinating with IT & our merchandising team
- Providing creative direction on promotional assets, submitting creative briefs, working collaboratively with creative and merchandising teams, tracking the status of your projects, and ensuring communication to relevant cross-functional teams
- Working with vendors to collect marketing assets as needed & will assist in campaign content such as giveaways, videos and more
- Delivers the weekly homepage banner plan to ecommerce, ensuring all audiences and segments are receiving relevant and accurate content
- Partner with legal and compliance team to get approval on campaign assets prior to production
Promotional code setup and testing – 20% of time spent on this
- Managing promo code set up and testing with our ecommerce team, and communication with cross functional departments associated with promotions & making sure everyone is aligned on promotional details
Campaign planning operations – 20% of time spent on this
- Quality control promotional assets including landing pages, banners, promotional codes, and more.
- Coordinate with the pricing team on health and segmentation of campaigns and promotions
- Support data integrity and identify data fields or tracking requirements necessary to facilitate effective campaigns
- Support function leads with campaigns and identify opportunities to weave campaigns together across channels and segments (events, direct mail, digital advertisement, etc.)
- Collaborate with marketing operations Project Coordinator to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time
- Collaborate with other in-house marketing team members on all consumer facing materials and activities to drive further engagement and a deeper understanding of segmented offerings
- Gathering data collection, promotional results and coordinating with the marketing, ecommerce, creative & merchandising teams on deadlines
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, online-communications, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & Power Point)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Detail oriented and well organized, able to handle multiple projects effectively with various stakeholders
- Self-starter who can work across many accounts and juggle priorities in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workfront or Asana software is a plus
- Copywriting experience
- E-commerce and/or retail experience
