YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

· Conducting home inspections and/or a commercial site evaluation and preparing a specific proposal for the individual homeowner’s or business needs.

· Building value for our customers by explaining each service offered and creating full-service solutions.

· Prospecting for new business, gathering information about customer needs, presenting customized solutions and closing sales.

· Establishing new customer contacts, prospect for fresh leads, follow up on all leads, compose and submit professional proposals and network to stay abreast of activities in the market.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL:

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Prior sales experience with a “hunter” mentality

· Valid driver license and be 18 years of age.

· Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

· Demonstrate safe driving record from DMV.
