The Job:

Outside Regional Operational Support Manager
Pay: $80,000-90,000 plus 10% annual bonus (Negotiable)
Travel (Up to 50% - territory is: So. Cal, Arizona & Nevada)

The Regional Operational Support Manager is a visionary leader responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing operations across service teams. This role partners closely with Senior Area Managers to identify operational inefficiencies, deploy innovative solutions, and drive continuous improvement.

Job Duties:

• Assist in the development and mentorship of Area/Branch Managers and Operations Managers, equipping them with the skills and guidance to exceed company goals and uphold a customer-centric culture.

• Identify operational gaps within branches and collaboratively develop corrective action plans to enhance performance.

• Lead innovation-driven operational strategies by identifying emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation, to modernize service delivery and drive transformational outcomes across branches.

• Ensure efficient and smooth operational processes to optimize performance and productivity. Provide guidance to Operation Managers and Branch Managers to ensure compliance, effective training, policy adherence, and a strong safety culture.

• Support daily backlog management and route completion efforts, working proactively to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

• Track and report new hire training documentation to ensure compliance and effectiveness of onboarding processes.

• Assist in the seamless onboarding of new managers, providing guidance and resources to support their successful integration into the organization.

• Manage and support daily and monthly production goals, ensuring alignment with operational objectives and timely completion of critical tasks.

• Perform Branch Safety and Compliance Audits in alignment with company standards.

• Support the development and rollout of training materials and new operational programs.

• Championing a culture of experimentation, encouraging teams to test, measure, and implement new ideas to improve service and reduce waste.

• Provide operational support during acquisitions, including integration and training support.

• Serve as interim Branch Manager for vacant branches as needed.

• Collaborate with field management teams to assess the effectiveness of current training programs and implement necessary enhancements.

• Deliver excellent communication and customer service, building trust and fostering positive customer experiences.

• Comply with all driving laws, State and Federal regulations, and company policies

Experience:

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of operational experience within a service organization and field focus preferred and/or bachelor’s degree in a related field. Pest Control experience is preferred.

• Position requires a familiarity with Department of Agriculture requirements and procedures in each state in which we operate and an understanding of our business operation

• Proven track record as an innovative and visionary leader with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.

• Demonstrated experience in leveraging artificial intelligence and modern technologies to drive operational efficiency, automate processes, and improve performance metrics.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change, with a continuous improvement mindset.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication, with particular emphasis during telephone calls, follow-ups, and in-person correspondence.

• Ability to travel up to 50%

• Working in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

• This is a safety-sensitive position; where a momentary lapse of concentration can result in serious injury, death, environmental consequences, or data breach.

• Must have a valid driver's license and be 18 years of age.

• Must be able to pass a seven-year criminal background check.

• Must be able to pass substance abuse testing.

• Must be able to pass a three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of an insurance carrier.
