Entry-Level and Experienced Roles Available

Compensation Potential:

Earnings range from $40,000 to $120,000 in your first year full time typical employee meeting minimum expectations. This role is commission only. The commission is uncapped and this role does have additional bonus and promotion opportunities. 

• Support Purelight and Purelight Partners in their retail, event, in-home, and in-field locations within a dedicated territory.

• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers inside retail, residential, and event settings.

• Generate a minimum number solar leads per day within the retail, residential, and event environments you are assigned.

• Drive success in your assigned territory by supporting your sales team in achieving monthly sales goals through proactive lead generation and direct personal sales contributions
• Represent Purelight Power’s mission and values with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Guide homeowners through the solar journey — from product and process awareness to consultation and handoff.

• Create exceptional customer experiences by engaging with a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

• Participate in ongoing sales training and mentorship for continuous growth.

This position requires regular travel to retail stores, residential sites, and other customer locations. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation or a consistent and dependable means of travel
