Grocery Buyer – Los Angeles, CA

About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Replenishment Professional to join our team in Los Angeles! This position plays a key role in supporting our host account by buying and selling goods through secondary wholesalers and driving inbound/outbound sales growth. You’ll help achieve profit goals, maximize vendor promotional programs, and make sound business decisions in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Buy from and sell to secondary wholesalers on behalf of a host account.
- Use analytical tools and available data to make informed business decisions.
- Achieve established sales and profit goals.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of host account performance, goals, budgets, and target profits.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning to maximize sales and profits.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding business and profit opportunities.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years of related business experience.
- Prior buying experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable results.
- Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
- Office-based position within the host account’s location.
- Requires mobility, speech, and hearing to interact with internal and external partners.
- Occasional light lifting and/or moving may be required.
