Job Position Description :

With a One Team’ mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines.

Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crews, keeping the Operations Manager and Production Manager updated on all aspects of production.

Supervise 1-6 field technicians allocated to assigned jobs, coordinate SLA requirements, materials, equipment, and supplies for each job, complete job files and monitoring of jobs from start to completion.

Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Our Crew Chiefs take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors in the industry.

Responsibilities :

• Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand
• Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers’ needs
• Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence
• Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM / Owner
• Leaving jobsites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines
• Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM / Owner effectively
• Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

Qualifications :

• Experience in equipment / asset and labor management, and software / computer skills
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills
• IICRC, RIA, or comparable Certifications required
• Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site
• Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating the message’
• Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth
• Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates
