Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Representative, located in Rahway, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, and growing the company's customer base. Daily tasks include outbound and inbound communication, client meetings, developing marketing materials, and participating in trade shows and community events to promote the PuroClean brand. Additional tasks include providing training sessions for new customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
- Ability to provide Training sessions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and targets
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the property restoration or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $43,810.22 - $52,760.70 per year
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
