Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lighting) Architect
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable Field Service Solutions using Salesforce FSL. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce ecosystem, FSL modules, and Field Service domain workflows, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
Analyze business requirements, translate them into scalable FSL configurations and technical designs.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Development Teams to ensure FSL solutions align with business goals.
Design and implement Service Territories, Work Rules, Scheduling Policies, Service Resources, and Field Service Mobile Flows.
Architect and oversee the FSL Mobile application deployment strategy, ensuring offline capabilities and optimized field agent experiences.
Integrate Salesforce FSL with ERP, GIS, Asset Management Systems, and external APIs for a unified field service ecosystem.
Provide technical leadership on FSL best practices, security models, data architecture, and performance optimization.
Conduct code reviews, architecture governance sessions, and ensure solution adherence to Salesforce development standards.
Mentor development teams on FSL-specific configurations, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Apex, and Declarative Automation.
Support the release management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies for FSL modules.
Engage in stakeholder discussions, technical workshops, and executive presentations.
Required Qualifications:
10 years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations.
Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant (Mandatory).
Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect preferred.
Strong hands-on expertise in FSL Data Model, Scheduling & Optimization, Service Territories, Work Types, Service Resources, Operating Hours, and Dispatch Console.
Experience with FSL Mobile App configurations, Offline Mobile Capabilities, Custom LWC Components, and Apex Development.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Integration Patterns (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
Proficient in Service Cloud, Lightning Experience (LEX), Flows, and Process Automation.
Knowledge of CI/CD, SFDX, Git Version Control, and Agile Methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
Experience with Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Field Service-oriented industries.
Knowledge of Asset Management, IoT Integrations, and GIS Mapping (Esri/ArcGIS).
Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or ServiceMax.
