Schedule: Monday through Friday and every other Saturday

This position plays a critical role in creating a positive client experience while supporting our clinical team. Position will be working extensively with our PIMS (VetSpire).

Requirements / Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Answering telephones and transferring calls
- Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Calm under pressure and solution-focused
- Comfortable using PIMS systems
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally, in person and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately in VetSpire.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and invoice processing.
- Maintain patient records and ensure client data accuracy.
- Educate clients about services, preventive care, and basic pet health.
- Assist in keeping the lobby and front desk area clean and organized.
- Function as part of the clinical team.
- Perform other duties as assigned or necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior veterinary receptionist or customer service experience
- Bilingual (English & Spansh)
- Knowledge of VetSpire
