The role:
- Own branch operations across various products.
- Drive route efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Improve processes and performance to exceed branch goals.
Requirements:
- 5 years of business operations experience OR 5 years complex warehouse operations experience
- An experienced operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable owning results and driving continuous improvement
