Vice President – Investment Banking | Dallas, TX (On-Site)
We’re partnering with a high-deal-flow boutique investment bank in Dallas that’s growing fast and adding a Vice President due to expansion.
This is a true execution-focused VP role with real ownership, direct CEO exposure, and meaningful work on 50-500MM middle-market transactions.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading execution on M&A and investment banking transactions
- Driving financial modeling, diligence, and deal structuring
- Creating transaction materials and client presentations
- Managing client relationships and mentoring junior talent

What They’re Looking For
Must Have:
- 5 years in Investment Banking, M&A, or Transaction Services
- Strong financial modeling / diligence experience
- Based in DFW (Dallas preferred)
Nice to Have
- Middle-market IB background (boutique or regional)
- Quality of Earnings / deal advisory experience
- Finance or Accounting degree
Compensation
- Strong, 6-figure base salary sizable bonuses
- Year 1 Total Comp: $200K
- Deal bonuses paid to the team
