Maintenance is responsible for the setup, maintenance and repair of all gaming, technology and machines within the venue. This includes organizing scheduled maintenance, inspection of games and machines throughout each shift, and implementation of tests regularly to identify anomalies and potential errors. Part of ensuring maintenance of the facility includes cleanliness throughout the venue. Responsibilities for cleanliness include guest facing areas, restrooms, back offices, back of house, and exterior areas (such as trashcans, bins, cages, etc) necessary to support the cleanliness with the venue.
In addition, the Maintenance must be present and available for guests in the venue to ensure their experience is met with hospitality, understanding and efficiency where issues are at hand. This is achieved with active awareness and communication with guests and all staff in the venue.

- Maintain safety and sanitation standards working with equipment
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years experience working with equipment, machines or in similar trad
- Good communication skills, and experience working with staff on all levels
- Ability to stand for hours at a time, including maneuvering up and down stairs
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at-a-time without assistance
