Our client, a wellness brand, is hiring an Orientation Specialist to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). This is a temporary position that will begin in late immediately and continue for approximately 3 months. This position’s goal is to deliver an exceptional first-day experience for new hires, embodying the company’s spirit. This individual will serve as a brand ambassador, fostering excitement and connection to the company’s values while facilitating seamless orientation sessions. The ideal candidate is an energetic and personable team player who should bring a passion for company’s brand and culture.
Job Duties Include :
- Serve as the first point of contact for new hires, creating a warm, engaging, and welcoming environment.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for groups new hires.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders across the company to ensure all aspects of the onboarding process are seamless and aligned with company values.
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with diverse teams, embodying company’s culture and values.
- Manage logistics and program coordination for new hire orientation, prioritizing attention to detail and delivering an exceptional experience.
- Innovate and enhance the orientation experience, leveraging tools like Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom to drive efficiency and engagement.
Job Qualifications Include :
Salary : $29 - $32.50 / hr depending on experience
