Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Systems Analyst to support Enterprise Architecture (API Governance) workstream across all Enterprise Payment & Wholesale teams.
- Provide systems analysis support for interfacing business and computer application systems.
- Develop or modify procedures to solve complex business problems considering client needs, application capabilities and industry requirements.
- Work with Business Analysts, Developers, Operations, and other tech partners to ensure effective design. This is considered a technical expert role and not business-facing.
- Skills-Proficiency in application analysis & Design, Understanding of Payment and Wholesale Banking systems, SDLC and ITIL.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training
- Six years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application analysis and design
- Working knowledge of Payment Systems and Wholesale Banking as a whole
- Working knowledge of standard delivery practices SDLC, ITIL common for delivery in a financial institution setting
- Understanding of the usage of systems of record management and governance for delivery and operational considerations of a large-scale technology delivery organization
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
- Ability to direct and train other team associates.
