Housekeeping

Bluff with Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a full time Housekeeper to join their team in Augusta, GA!

Pay is $13.50 an hour

Schedule is Thursday- Sunday Four 10 hour shifts

Summary
Creates and maintains a welcoming environment for all clients, staff, and visitors by performing routine cleaning of patient rooms, clinical areas, nursing units, offices, waiting areas, lounges, restrooms, and corridors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·        Clean and replace linens in client bedrooms following discharge according to prescribed timeframes.

·        Keep bathrooms stocked with clean linens, toiletries and other supplies

·        Empty trash receptacles and disposes of waste in proper receptacles

·        Completes work assignments in a timely manner using checklists to communicate completeness.

·        Uses the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.

·        Observes safety precautions

·        Follows all infection control practices including hand washing techniques, Standard Precautions, and isolation precautions.

·        Maintains high quality standards when performing work duties

·        Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Licensure, Education, & Experience (All States)

·        High School diploma or equivalent preferred

·        Housekeeping experience preferred

·        Current CPR, AED and First Aid, preferred

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear.
